The ADI Qualification Process (3 Parts)
We provide comprehensive support and training for all three parts of the ADI qualification:
Part 1: Theory Test (Driving Theory & Hazard Perception)
Focus: Driving theory, hazard perception, and road safety. Format: 100 multiple-choice questions and hazard perception video clips. Duration: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. Cost: £81 (DVSA Fee) Estimated Training Cost: £499 Prerequisites: DBS check and DVSA acceptance.
Part 2: Driving Ability Test (Advanced Driving Skills)
Focus: Advanced driving skills, including maneuvers, independent driving, and vehicle safety. Components: Eyesight test, vehicle safety questions ("show me, tell me"), practical driving assessment. Duration: 1 hour. Cost: £111 (DVSA Fee) Estimated Training Cost: £799
Part 3: Instructional Ability Test (Teaching Skills)
Focus: Demonstrating your ability to teach driving skills effectively. Assessment: Lesson planning, risk assessment, and teaching techniques. Duration: 40-45 minutes. Cost: £111 (DVSA Fee) Estimated Training Cost: £799 Scoring: Fail (0-30), Grade B (31-42), Grade A (43-51). Grade B or A is required for ADI registration.
